According to the relative movement relationship between the die and the punch, considering the influence of the material thickness t on the movement, the relative movement of the die to the punch is guaranteed to be enough to cut off the product material. Generally, (2~2.5)mm+t is taken, and the fujian screw plate is taken as 3.5mm in the actual design of this example

That is :(1) movement in the left and right direction: a=3.5mm

(2) movement in front and back directions: b=3.5mm

The movement of the die side slope is large and the resistance is also large, and the slope is small, so a large amount of movement in the vertical direction of the die is needed to make the distance required for the die to move in the horizontal direction. The side slope is generally set at 30(the height of the straight section is generally set at 2mm).The bevel part of the die is matched with the bevel part of the guide plate, and the height of the guide plate is related to the amount of movement of the die a and b at each stage.
