During the drawing process, due to anisotropy of materials, uneven thickness, inaccurate positioning or uneven clearance of deep die, the top of the drawing workpiece will be irregular.For the end requirements flat, beautiful parts need to supplement the edge cutting process.In the past, the simple edging processing method of henan thread board (the flash edge of simple mould or edging on lathe and spinning machine) could not meet the tolerance requirements and the working efficiency was low.And with the processing precision higher rotary cutting die can achieve the desired effect.

Rotary cutting die is the short name of rotary floating swing block edge cutting die.According to the convex concave position can be divided into: formal and anti - installed two;According to the direction of cutting edge feed is divided into: axis (longitudinal) to cutting edge die (helical cutting edge die) and diameter (horizontal) to cutting edge die (floating pendulum block cutting edge die).Due to the degree of application of shijiazhuang wire board, only the spiral edge cutting die and floating pendulum block edge cutting die are introduced here.

I. spiral trimming die:

This mould is used for trimming cylindrical drawing parts.

Core 6 can be taken out, when working will be punching on the core, into the screw set 15.When the slide block of the press machine drops, punch 9 presses down core 6 and drives the punching piece to drop together, then limit nail 11 presses down slide block 14 to drop together.The shape of the slider 14 is straight thread shape. When designing, pay attention to the inclination of the slider cannot be too large, otherwise the mold is easy to be "bitten to death".(see figure 2)

During its descent, slide 14 moves along the spiral cavity of slide seat 7, the structure of slide seat 7 is shown in figure 3.

The die 12 moves with it, relative to the punch, and the hedge is trimmed.When the slide block of the press rises, the top ring 16, under the action of the spring jack, pushes the slide 14 up to the original position along the spiral direction.Spring 2, top ring 17 punch, core out.Take out the punch and core.To facilitate the removal of the punch from the core, there is a screw hole in the core 6, screw into it to facilitate the removal of the core.The length of the blanking part is controlled by core 6.

Due to the fact that the die can only be used for cutting the edges of the cylinder and the complicated machining of the spiral inner cavity, the application degree of the die is limited.Generally the high (long) stretch piece or cylinder piece with this mold structure.

Two, floating pendulum block edge cutting die:

There are two kinds of edge cutting die of floating pendulum block, one is positive and the other is negative.The structure of the trimming die for the formal floating pendulum block is shown in figure 4:

The two structures are basically similar. This paper only introduces the design method of formal floating pendulum block edge cutting die.

1. Structure of formal floating pendulum edge-cutting die :(see figure 6)

(figure 6) shows the rectangular floating edge cutting die.Its main feature is that the die 8 is placed on the die support plate 6, and the die support plate 6 and the hole of the lower die base are in H9/ H9 dynamic fit, and the die 8 is always lifted up by the spring jack (not shown in the figure) with the help of pillar screw 12.Before stamping, put part 7 into die 8, supported by roof 2 and spring 3.In order to prevent deformation of the product, the product is equipped with positioning core 9, whose shape forms H7/ H7 in the product.The height of the core is equal to the height of the part.The four limit posts 11 are used to limit the clearance between the plane under the punch and the plane above the punch. The value is determined by the material thickness, generally 0.05mm.2. Working principle of floating edge cutting:

Die work, the upper die with the help of the pressure of the press, punch 10 first press core, piece 7, roof 2 and spring, and then down the punch that is to enter the die, but because of the role of the limit column, the punch and the die plane to maintain a certain clearance.At this time, the die and the surrounding guide plate 1, 13, 4, 5 always maintain contact.When the die moves not only up and down but also horizontally in the track of the guide plate, the core 9 moves with it, that is, relative to the punch. Under the action of shear force, the blank is sheared.Figure 2 shows the four slow motion processes of cutting the remaining edges of the die relative to the punch displacement.In fact, the moment of stamping, that is to complete the edge cutting work.
